There is a lot of bad news for the NA Region. According to the latest news, Ex – Nouns (Atlantic City), one of the strongest teams in NA, was kicked out of the Nouns team, but despite trying to move forward together, it has been completely disbanded. Fly’s Atlantic City team has completely disbanded after losing to Shopify Rebellion in the ESL Bangkok qualifier. The news was announced by the team’s captain, Fly himself on (X).
Fly admitted that the team members did not have enough morale and courage to continue playing without a sponsor. As Fly said, Atlantic City (Ex Nouns) defeated SR in the Upper Bracket, but in the most important match, the Grand Finals, they were defeated 3-0.
Many NA teams play Dota 2 as a hobby and are not fully organized as esports teams. This has put the NA region in a bad situation and is not professional to say the least. If you look at the top 8 teams, you will see that they do not even have logos. (Pic shown)
Ex-Nouns members are going their separate ways. Soft Support “Lelis” said that he still has a strong desire to continue playing competitive Dota and is looking for a new team. LFT is listed as X. Gunnar is definitely going to stream, but Copy and his coach DoublA have not made any specific announcements. Yuma has already joined the NA team HEROIC as a Stand In. The team’s Legendary Captain Fly has not said anything about what he will do next.
